We have an alert in Oneview that it isn't monitoring 8 BL460c Gen9 blades:
'Remote support is not monitoring 8 eligible devices: device registration with the HPE data center may have failed or the warranty or contract on some of these devices may have expired. (RSAL_002E)'
These 8 blades are on a support contract, so how do we get Oneview to recognize it? We have several support contracts. I see the option to 'Manage contract type and support identifier' for each server, but we haven't had to to do that in the past to get Oneview to see the support.
Thanks,
Chuck Saunders

SolutionOneView Remote Support connects to our backend services to validate entitlement. There is most likely an issue with the backend data, if indeed the HPE support contracts you have are still valid and have not expired. I would suggest you open a support case for L2 to help investigate this. If you have an HPE Account Support Manager (ASM), you can engage with them as well.
