Re: Oneview 5.0 download?
For the OneView vm appliance, here is the link:
https://h20392.www2.hpe.com/portal/swdepot/try.do?productNumber=Z7550-63180
For Synergy / Composer here's the link:
https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=MTX_13a15b08f5a84472b5d9acd2e6#tab3
Clicking the "Obtain Software" link will take you to https://myenterpriselicense.hpe.com from which you can d/l the files.
In either case be sure to read the important note about applying HPE_PreUpgrade_4.20_5.00_Z7550-96608.bin prior to upgrading, if you have not already done so.

Re: Oneview 5.0 download?
Hi @Complevity
Sorry that you are having trouble locating the PreUpgrade for 4.20 to 5.00
On swdepot, https://h20392.www2.hpe.com/portal/swdepot/index.do
Choose Converged Infrastrcuture Management Software and select "OneView Management Software"
you will find "HPE PreUpgrade 4.20_5.00 as the first download.
Do let us know if you are able to find this.
Regards,
Bhaskar

Re: Oneview 5.0 download?
As you will find in the support center pages on the installation instructions or the releaes notes, the preUpgrade file is required for upgrading to 4.20.02 OR 5.XX. Not from anything specifically, it's to those two versions. We could have thought of a better name, sorry.
