Oneview Deployment on Vcenter VMWARE

Hi, I want to know after deployment Oneview to manage 6 C7000 and 6 DL380Gen9 on whicj I installed ESXi v6.0, It is mandatory to install Oneview for VM Ware Vcenter?

Mandatory?  No.

Extra value? Yes.
