Oneview appliance is not visible under Global Dashboard

I have added one oneview appliance under Global Dashboard.

While tryingto access the global dashboard from local desktop, appliance information is not visible.

However all appliance related information are available if i access global dashboard through vncviewer.

What is the OS / hypervisor type and configuation of the VM host where the OneView Global Dashboard VM is running?

We are having Linux - RHEL7.2 (Maipo) with KVM on the host where Oneview Global Dashboard is deployed.

Check your Settings > Dashboard Customization to veriffy if Appliances is selected to be incldued in the dashboard view. Note that different users may have the option of different customization.

If mutiple people are using the same GD account through use of different browsers and/or the console, customization changes will be seen by all people sharing use of that same users account, but you will need to refresh to see customization changes.

Let me know if this is not a dashboard csutomization issue.
