Oneview for vCenter not showing in the vSphere client

I deployed the vCenter Onview plugin and added a vCenter.  I can see in the vCenter logs that the plugin was installed but I do not see the plugin listed when I go to the Administration area in vCenter.  I have done the troubleshooting step listed in the install guide.  Any ideas?

It requires log analysis and probably a remote session with your system.
