Oneview is unable to start error - how to contact HPE for technical support
Hello. We are currently running Oneview 3.10.07 in a datacenter. We would like to move it to our primary datacenter, so I have taken a backup of the appliance.
We downloadad HPE_OneView_4.10_ESXi and have deployed the OVA as a new VM in our primary datacenter (given it 8CPU/32GBRAM/275GB thick eager lazy on a blade chassis BL465c Gen8) but when powering it on, we get
Oneview is unable to start: Appliance error - create a support dump and contact HPE.
We cannot create a support dump and how do we open a ticket with HPE Support with no serial number or SAID for this piece of software???
