PXE Boot on Tunnel Network
Hi,
we have an HPE infrastructure with HPE C7000+ VC 20/40 and Oneview, we are setting up a new infrastructure & process of configuring Autodeploy to boot stateless ESXi via PXE boot.
but the servers Profile are configured with Tunnel Network because the LIG is limited to 1000 VLANs and we have more than this limite.
My Question is the Tunnel Network support pxe boot ?
because I configured it, but the server didn't get an IP address from the DHCP.

Re: PXE Boot on Tunnel Network
Yes, PXE can be supported with Tunnel Networks. Keep in mind that the upstream switch port's 802.1q Native VLAN value must match that of your deployment network. There is no way to specify the VLAN ID for your PXE network in the Connection, and depending on the Generation of platform, could be set in the BIOS settings.
