Servers change serial number after activation of "Remote Support"
Hola,
We use OneView to monitor our physical server environment. The "Remote Support" function was successfully activated a few weeks ago.
However, this is the second time, since then, that monitored servers change their serial numbers without restarting them, changing parts, etc. We noticed that because the changed serial number is shown as expired from warranty in the "Remote Support".
Any suggestions? OV-Version: 4.20.01.01

Hi,
Remote Support doesn't change any data and instead captures the data presented by the OneView system. Have you confirmed the SN data matches what is on the BIOS of the system? If there are differences, I would suggest filing a support case so the appropriate team can investigate.
