The overall status of the system network is in the error state.
Hi everyone,
Everytime a server OS is restarted, I have The overall status of the system network is in the error state.showing up in OneView then in SCOM
Is there a way to avoid those alerts when an OS is restarted? it gets clearded in Onview but not without sending to SCOM.
Keep in mind that I still want to monitor those events, since at one point I had NIC in my teaming disconnecting because of a bad configuration on a port.
Thank You

Re: The overall status of the system network is in the error state.
Hi,
After multiple tries and errors, I fix the system network errors in OneView after each server reboot.
All I had to do is to change the service HP Insight Server Agents start up behavior from automatic to delay start.
That seem to give enough time for the network status to be properly initialise instead of reporting a network issue that will clear a few second later and avoid unnecessary alerts in SCOM.
Hope it can help anyone else having the same issue.
Good day
