URGENT !!! DOES ONEVIEW MONITOR VIRTUAL MACHINE?

i want to know if it is possible with oneview 2.0 to detect if any virtual machin is powered off or is hanging .

if yes how to monitor the status of a virtual machine

No, HPE OneView does not monitor the OS or components within the OS.
