Unable to add OneView Appliance to Global Dashboard

Hello, 

I am getting an error when I try to add my OneView Applannce (4.10.04-0370820) to my Global Dashboard.  ( Verison 1.60)

"Error

Login failure" Just an Okay button, no other errors.

My login is correct. I get this same error no matter what I put in the user name or password. Both systems are on the same subnet.

Is this the first appliance you are trying to add to the Global Dashboard appliance?

Are you using local login or a directory server for login? Specifically an Active Directory server or OpenLDAP server.

I assume the OneView appliance is reachable?

You should take a Support Dump of the Global Dashboard appliance and the OneView appliance and open a Support case.  

Please let us know the case number.

It is reachable. I have been able to add my SimpliVity nodes. But not a OneView appliance. Same error using AD or local.

I'll get a case opened in the morning.

One thing you might try in the meantime is to go to the Settings > Certificates page and try adding the OneView appliance certificate by IP address or hostname.  

That would help verify connectivity between appliances and the OneView appliance certificate.

Validate that the account you are using to connect to the OVGD is granted the Infrasatructure Administrator role in OneView appliance for the duration of joining the OVGD.  After your OneView appliance is joined to OVGD, you can revert that account's role to Read Only.

Still having issues, I do have a case opened and they are reviewing my logs.

I resolved this by deploying a new OneView and restoring my old config.
