Unable to update server firmware due to internal error. (SHFW_064) LOCKED

Hi,

we are using OneView v6.0 and are trying to upgrade the firmware on our Gen10 servers to the latest firmware that got released. We are facing a issue on al Gen10 servers i have tried on. The error is Unable to update server firmware due to internal error. (SHFW_064). I have also tried to upgrade ILO first standalone and then use OneView to upgrade the rest of the components but the same error is happing.

Anyone has a idea what this error means?

Refresh firmware inventory.
Boot server into RBSU to install components that require the server power on
Power on server.
Write the selected firmware baseline settings on the iLO.
Generating install set for the server hardware.
Stage firmware.
Stage component 1/5 - PICGen10-1.0.8-1.fwpkg
Stage component 2/5 - ilo5_255.fwpkg
Stage component 3/5 - U32_2.54_09_03_2021.fwpkg
Stage component 4/5 - IEGen10_0.2.2.3.fwpkg
Stage component 5/5 - SPSGen10_04.01.04.505.fwpkg
Stage firmware complete.
Firmware update failed.
Power off server.

As the resultion text says, we'd need a support dump and AHS log to know for certain why the stage worked but the install failed right away.  You mention updating iLO aheady of time-- but that is apparantly not recognized by OneView since it's pushing iLO, unless you didn't update to the same version.
