Uplink port Rack1-C1 in interconnect X7, X8 are non operational

Before configuring logical interconnect group and update from group in logical interconnect, uplinks SFP port X7, X8 link.

After applying configuration not sign on SFP module port back of chassis.

x7 and x8 Usually used for internal stack 

did you config them for uplink use and plug gbic ?  after do that the internal stack will stop funcation
