Warning from Remote Support.

Hi!

At all of my customers I got these warnings: Remote support is unable to connect to HPE. Remote Support

They are coming frequently. Is it my all of my customers that have bad network or is it HPE Support?

Could the issue your Customers are suddenly experiencing be related to this HPE Support Communication - Customer Advisory a00015158en_us (note the October 2017 time limit reference)?

Hope not be wrong...

This typically is the customer's network.  We did increase our backend to handle the increase in customer adoption and use.  Otherwise, I would suggest you open a support case.
