When monitor a DL380Gen8 and not all NICs used
Hi!
When monitor a DL380Gen8 and not all NICs are used they will warn in OneView (of course).
What is the best way to avoid this?

Unfortunately, the only way today is to disable the NIC within the OS. If it is a VMware ESXi host, then you can't disable a NIC within the OS.

There is a 'workaround' for VMware as well... The NICs that you don't use (and so in disconnected state) you can add them into Direct Path I/O configuration (under Advanced Settings)...
At that moment the NICs won't be shown anymore as disconnected...

Maybe there is time for improvement. A tickbox in OneView "Do not monitor this NIC"
