get "internal error" while creating datastore with ov4vc
Dear experts,
I'm deploying a set of CS250-HC, after finishing OVIO, I can see HP icons in vCenter. But when I create datastore using the "HP Create DataStore" menu, I get "internal error" on the "select location" screen and no cluster or ESXi host appears.
I can find StoreVirtual and HyperConverged in vCenter, so it looks like that vCenter can get information from OV4VC while OV4VC cannot get information about ESXi hosts from vCenter.
Does anyone know the reason?
Thanks a lot.

Re: get "internal error" while creating datastore with ov4vc
On the Desktop of the Management VM, launch the OV4VC Storage Portal and verify the StoreVirtual is properly registered.
If so, I'd probably reboot the Mgmt VM and see if that clears anything up.

Re: get "internal error" while creating datastore with ov4vc
Thanks.
I am using remote vCenter. I have tried to install OV4VC on the same win2012R2 with vCenter and also tried to install it on another VM. In both conditions, HP infrastructure could be displayed in the vCenter, and I'm sure the StoreVirtual VSA was added into the storage portal.
And, in both conditions, I got the same error.

Re: get "internal error" while creating datastore with ov4vc
Apologies for the frustration.
There are Synergy Specific drivers in the latest Synergy Release Set that will fix the Feb 2018 and later ESXi Images.
The Fix is Synergy specific which is why it was not put into the main HPE Custom ISO.
I'm sure it will get folded in eventually, but I don't have an ETA personally.
