unable to send email

Hi,

I have configured smtp, and it uses port 587/465 for smtp communication but OV failed with following error.  further to this can i login to HPOV by command line interface to verify the internet connectivity? if so then what are the credentials to use. 

Unable to send email using smtp.gmail.com and port 587.

The Default credential to login 

Username: Administrator
Password: admin

What is the version of OneView been used?
