HP Primera A670 , frequently we are getting issue "PANIC: "Segmentation fault" ..rebooted

we have Primera OS 4.2.6. Frequently we are getting HP Primere node reboot 

Also, Frequent memory error and power supply issue.

Whether HPE Primera product is stable ? 

OR HPE Team will do the trial and error ...

We regret the issues you are facing with the product. Can you please post relevant screenshots of the error?

Have you reported this issue to HPE support? What support is saying about this?

Can you please provide me if there are present/past support case numbers in the private messages?
