Dell BIOS and IDRAC Upgrade

I have Dell server which is installed HPE Simplivity 3.7.10

Currently IDRAC Firmware is 2.41.40.40 and BIOS Firmware is 2.10.5

Can I update the IDRAC and BIOS Firmware to 2.83.83.83 and 2.13.0? It is compatible?

As per the HPE SimpliVity OmniStack 3.7.10U1 for Dell Interoperability Guide Page 7
you should be able to upgrade the iDRAC/Life Cycle Controller to 2.75.75.75 and the BIOS Firmware to 2.11.0
