Re: Deploy OVF To Simplivty Cluster
Deploying an OVF or OVA template allows you to add pre-configured virtual machines or vApps to your vCenter Server or ESXi inventory. Deploying an OVF or OVA template is similar to deploying a virtual machine from a template. However, you can deploy an OVF or OVA template from any local file system accessible from the vSphere Web Client, or from a remote Web server. The local file systems can include local disks (such as C:), removable media (such as CDs or USB keychain drives), and shared network drives..
This is how to deploy to a VMware solution. You are deploying to a SimpliVity Solution that uses VMware. SimpliVity uses NFS and the datastores are cluster centric. The OVC is in charge of the VMs , so you can't just add a VM to your vCenter Server or ESXi inventory. To manage HPE SimpliVity virtual objects in vSphere Web Client, you must install HPE SimpliVity Plug-in forvSphere Web Client on the vCenter Server that you plan to access. This application plugs into the existingvSphere Web Client interface.
Also-VMware does not support exporting an OVA template using the ":" character in the name in the vSphere Web Client.
During the exporting process, modify the name of the OVA file to exclude any special characters that may cause issues.
These are just a few things to look at. You might want to open a support ticket and we can take a look.
While I am an HPE Employee, all of my comments (whether noted or not), are my own and are not any official representation of the company

Re: Deploy OVF To Simplivty Cluster
Hi İlker
Try to flash interface with crome instead of Html5. in order to deploy ovf/ova .Also if nodes registered in to vcenter with hostname then open a browser and type the address like below and accept to certificate .Do it for all hosts in the cluster.
https://hostname
https://ipaddress
I work for HPE
