we have a vcenter windows server version 6.7 build1177065 .
we have installed the HPE Simplivity plugin for Omnistack version 3.7.7 and the plugin is shown in our vcenter but no actions are available.
we have tried rebooting and shutdown our Vcenter with no luck
Kindly advise please

I'm assuming that you are using HTML5 web interface which doesn't support a lot of Simplivity actions so far.
Try using Flash version of web client (old GUI) ... Simplivity Plugin will work with all actions ;)

Is your problem about "All HPE SimpliVity Actions" menu?
Have OVCs been starting up already?
If OVCs are starting up, can you share screenshots that we can see the matter and your operations?
In addition, does the matter occur on both vSphere Web Client HTML5 and Flex?
