Hello to all,
i´ve seen in the SimpliVity release notes that increasing the numbers of the vCPU of an OVC can give a performance enhancement. Now i´ve implemented 3 new, all flash, Cubes at a customer site and i would like to change the vCPUs. So i would like to know how many vCPUs i can configure to the OVCs and how i calculate the reservations for them.
Best regrds,
Nick

SolutionIncreasing the number of VCPU on all flash models configured from 4 to 6 was shown to provide a performance increase.
If the system was depoyed with 6 vcpu then no action is needed.
Details of calulating reservations can be found in the admin guide
