Dears,
To whom it may concern,
Kindly note that we are trying to connect our HPE Simplivity to the InfoSight, we have claimed the token and we are trying to register through the vSphere client with the InfoSight plugin; we are using Omnistack 4.0.0 and vSphere 6.7 U3.
NB: Every time we hit Register it get the following error "An error occurred registering with HPE InfoSight. Verify the Claim Token and try again."
Thank you,

SolutionHi Ralph,
Thanks for using the forum.
Generally, this relates to one of two things:
1) The token has timed out. It will time out after a number of minutes after registration.
2) Network issue might be present or may be misconfigured to allow us register correctly.
The following article walks through the tests you can do to ensure you are setup correctly. If all those tests pass, and if the issue persists, then I would recommend opening a support ticket.

Hope this helps,
Thanks,
DeclanOR
