Re-download SimpliVity plug-in 3.7.9 with expired service agreement?
We're running Simplivity version 3.7.9. I'm going to attempt to upgrade our VCSA from 6.5 to a supported version of 6.7. My understanding is that the upgrade process creates a new instance of VCSA and copies everything over. If I'm reading everything correctly the SimpliVity plug-in should also transfer over and just work (is that correct?). I'd like to have a copy of the HPE SimpliVity plug-in installer if for some reason something goes wrong I and I need to reinstall it on the new VCSA. How do I download the SimpliVity plug-in if my Service Agreement has expired? Is it possible to copy the installer from the original VCSA?

Re: Re-download SimpliVity plug-in 3.7.9 with expired service agreement?
Hi Adidasnmotion,
I would imagine even if your support contract has expired you would have access to installs up until that expired?
Can you login to https://myenterpriselicense.hpe.com/cwp-ui/auth/login and then nav to https://myenterpriselicense.hpe.com/cwp-ui/software-updates and see if you have anything SimpliVity.
Good luck

When I login at the first link and then go to the second link this is what I see which is weird because we had a support contract for several years.
