Simplivity DIsk Expansion
Hey Folks, I'm looking for a process or procedure to upgrade the disks on a simplivity omnihost node. Node is already deployed we are just enlarging the data disks and the SSD Cache drives for additional performance and capacity. If you can direct me to any documents or resources that would be helpful. My google-fu isn't turning up much.
Thx!

Re: Simplivity DIsk Expansion
Thanks for your query.
I must advise against doing this yourself, as it's not a supported practice.
I would recommend speaking to your accounts team about this as there is a paid for HPE service which carries out this work specifically.
Thanks,
DeclanOR

Re: Simplivity DIsk Expansion
It sounds like you have a legacy hybrid ndoe (SDD cache and HDD). We do not support expanding disk capacity on those nodes - only on some Gen 10 nodes.
It was intended to be an appliance, and the storage configuration is fixed.
