Simplivity IOPS

Hello All

I would like to know the SIMPLIVITY 380 Gen 10 IOPS for an SQL database?

Re: Simplivity IOPS

Hi @Cesardesir,

It would be difficult to put an exact figure on the expected IOPS an SQL database would require as there are a number of variables involved which would impact these figures; such as the database size, the number of reads/writes performed, how many users/applications are accessing it , etc.

From a Simplivity standpoint you may not get the desired rates of depulication/decompression when hosting an SQL database on a Simplivity datastore due to the data structure and the algorithms used. It is of course supported.

I hope this helps with your query.

Thanks,
