Hello,
I am trying to upgrade 3.7.9 from 3.7.7 , all prerequiest is completed (upgrade arbite,Vcenter upgrde u1b,Vcenter Plugin Upgraded) , Upgrade is staring , at %95 receive simplivity software node upgrade failed and failed get softwware verison, error , and it is not upgrading,

SolutionI would contact support. We had the same error. It was caused because we changed the root password of the esxi hosts after depolyment,. I beleive they had us run. the commands below on the OVC then retry the upgrade
sudo su
source /var/tmp/build/bin/appsetup
dsv-digitalvault-init --hmsuser administrator@vsphere.local --hostip <esx host IP address> --hostuser root

I did it it as you write , but same error
also disconnect the host from vcenter and rehost again , but same error,

Re: Upgrade Software
Errors during the upgrade are logged to file "/var/log/svt-upgrade". Search the file for ERROR> and post results here.
