vSphere Replication from HC 380 to Legacy VMware Stack
Hi All,
Just wanted to know if we can replicate VMs from a HC380 cluster to a generic virtualized system (VMware + Compute + Storage) using vSphere replication?
Thanks,
Briks..

Re: vSphere Replication from HC 380 to Legacy VMware Stack
Hi @Brikesh_Sybyl,
In theory, I don't see why this wouldn't work.
It wouldn't be supported by Simplivity support as such if you run into issues, but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work.
I would assume that you would be doing this within the VMware recommended guidelines regards bandwidth, latency etc. etc.
I would recommend reviewing the VMware documentation on vSphere Replication to make sure you are within their recommended guidelines.
Thanks,
DeclanOR
