vm to run certain host - stretched cluster
Hi,
I've got 2 redundant RSA authenticaion managers that i could like one to be in site a and the other to be in site b. If a site was to go down, i'd be ok with the one from the site that is down to fire up at the other site.
how would i set this up with a vm/host rule? right now shows that RSA1 vm is to run on A2 and B1 host and RSA2 is to run on A1 and B1.
RSA1 is running on A2 and RSA2 is running on A1.
Thanks

Re: vm to run certain host - stretched cluster
Hi Steve ...
This i would control via VMWare / VCenter affinity Rules - here you can foce VMs to run on certain hosts, and only in matter of a host crash will the VM change to a "survived" host.
Best regards,
Thomas !

Are you running zones in Simplivity ?
Are the affintiy rules allready populated?
