SSSU Error opening https connection
Hi,
I have a curious problem when use SSSU:
I'm not be able to connect via the manual way, i.e. SELECT MANAGER EVA4000
and then input username and password. I always get the above shown error message.
When I use a script to connect to the EVA and the login informations are given via the script, everything runs fine.
So What makes the difference?
Thanks in advance.

Re: SSSU Error opening https connection
Is "EVA4000" the name of your Command View Server? or is that simply an example?

Re: SSSU Error opening https connection
Hi Ralf,
SELECT MANAGER username=administrator password=
You may try two things:
1. Click on SSSU shortcut on desktop and then just copy-paste Complete SELECT MANAGER command from script and execute manually.
2. If it still does not work, check whether the name of Command View System you are using is resolving to an IP or not from the system you are manually executing, may be, just try ping├в ing it with that name.
Regards
Susanta

Re: SSSU Error opening https connection
Thanks for your cooperation.
The error was: When opening SSSU I ever tried to input SELECT MANAGER
but I just have to input the name of the CV Server, because MANAger is already given. So
Not:
Manager: select Manager EVASMA
but:
Manager: EVASMA
