SNスイッチにて以下をSlow Drain Device 検知時に該当ポートを切り離す機能を実装したく思っています。

スイッチのMAPSマニュアルを参照しておりますが、以下確認させてください。

・ポート無効化のみであれば、SDDQをMAPSアクションに追加するだけでいいでしょうか？
　別でMAPSルールを追加する必要ございますでしょか？

・機能利用にはQoSが必要とありますが、QoSはライセンス不要でしょうか？
また、QoSゾーニングは必要でしょうか？
