1 of the 2 P4300G2 7.2 TB SAS Starter SAN nodes is not powering up.
Hi Team,
1 on my P4300 Nodes is not powering on. There is an orange light however when pressing the power on button it doesnt start.
Have swapped power supplies with working one but still the same issue.
Software verion is 9.0.00.3561.0
I've tried logging a ticket with HPSC but keep getting this error:

Try a Power Drain.
Please log a Call with HP.

Re: 1 of the 2 P4300G2 7.2 TB SAS Starter SAN nodes is not powering up.
Hi Jutin,
Thanks for the response. Could you give me the steps for doing a power drain on the node?
Cheers,
Thor
