Attached error messages after performing a NIC Bond....any idea
I went ahead and createan ALB NIC bond I can't tell if it's sucessful based on these warning messages?
Any advice?

It looks like you have the either the 2nd NIC not plugged in or the port is not on.
Before you create the bond you need to make sure they are both lit up.
You will need ot assign each a IP address , one is only temporty so configure the optional settings (flow control, mtu etc)
Once you make sure you have the NIC's lit up then you make the bond.

OH and 1 more thing make sure you dont add a 2nd gateway to the 2nd NIC before the bond.
NIC1 should have everyting
NIC 2 should be the same except no Gateway.
