Backplane Info Not available.
Hi all,
I am in the process of upgrading an environment that I inherited.
Currently:
2-P4300s and 1-P4300G2
All have San IQ 8.5.00.0370
I've read that all the Raid Firmware, HDD Firmware, Bios, and Backplane FW has to be upgraded to the mininum according to the SPOCK docs.
Well my issue is that CMC (v.9) will not show me the Drive Backplane FW. The message reads "Info not available for this hardware platform"
Does anyone know of another way to find the FW for this?
Thanks!

Re: Backplane Info Not available.
you can use the function "Export Storage System Support Bundle" (right-click on a node), save the bundle somewhere and unpack it. In /var/log/firmwareReport.log you should see all firmware versions for controller, backplane and disks.
