please. can you explain me the nature of the failure in my disk.

Is there a solution to resolve this errors.

don't  know that specific error, but there is a SMART error that is saying to replace the drive.  HP should honor that and replace it if its under warranty and if it isn't and this is in production, I would seriously consider replacing it yourself.
