How do I find the serial number for my HP VSA
Support are asking for the serial number for my virtual SAN. I have looked on the hosts and no sign of a serial number which I'm told will start CZ3 or SGH.
Can anyone help with this please.
Thanks

Re: How do I find the serial number for my HP VSA
Sorry, the VSA does not have a serial number. They can also accept the support contract number, also called an S.A.I.D.
If you have hardware StoreVirtual nodes such as P4500 G2, they will often accept that serial number. This is important so the call can be routed to the correct support group.
