Is there a Maximum size i terabytes for a Management Group?

yes, but if you are pushing that limit, you should be talking direct to HP anyway.  Given that there are 50TB VSA nodes available and you can do 10nodes without a problem and I think 32 is the recomended limit, you are looking at 1.6PB space, so assuming NR10, thats 800TB usable per management group.
