New Download: VMware vCenter Plug-in for HP StorageWorks Arrays

In case you guys missed it, HP's Calvin Zito had a good blog post on a new VMware vCenter Plug-in for HP StorageWorks Arrays, so you can now get information on your Lefthand's health, LUN mappings etc right from the vCenter console.

Re: New Download: VMware vCenter Plug-in for HP StorageWorks Arrays

The Local Administrator account worked for me. I just typed the wrong password 3 times.

Re: New Download: VMware vCenter Plug-in for HP StorageWorks Arrays

Did you try the "local Administrator"? or just another account on the server that is NOT an administrator account?

Re: New Download: VMware vCenter Plug-in for HP StorageWorks Arrays

I currently have the same problem on a german Server 2008 R2 Standard installation. Both domain and local user accounts won't work.

But if you create a local user group "Administrators" and add the local administrator to this group, it seems to work. Seems like a bit of a bad joke that the software relies on a specific user group name though.
