P4300 No Quorum

We have 2 node p4300 G2. One of the nodes ( Node1 )  start normal,. the second node ( Node2 )  give error  - Error opening a connection. We lost also FOM. Now we cant connect to ours storage. In CMC we get error - No Quorum.

What can we do to open ours storage .
