Prevent loss of quorum / availability
Does HP provide anyway to prevent powering off a VSA that would result in a loss of availability or quorum? I think this is the most common problem I encounter with newbie admins. They log in to the vmware client and power-off a VSA without comprehending the impact this has. Usually one time is all they need to learn their lesson. Afterwards they will always check in the cmc like they were instructed.
Is there a plugin that gives some visibility to the storage system from the vmware client?

Re: Prevent loss of quorum / availability
I have been tinkering with the VMware VSA and while I think the HP VSA is light years beyond the VMware version, the VMware version is very nicely integrated into the their client. I would like to see this level of integration for the HP.

Re: Prevent loss of quorum / availability
For the vCenter plugin for the P4000's , check out the HP Insight Control Storage Module for vCenter, Believe this work should with VSA's.
