Provisioning LUN for ESXi server group on HP P4500 Virtualization SAN ?

Hi All,

Can anyone here please share some step by step instructions in how to provision the new LUN from the newly built or upgraded P4500 array ?

I need to commission 4x 1 TB LUN so that I can present it to my VMware ESXi server group.
