Question about an old SAN unit

I have one question - if we have another unit that is out of warranty/support and is EOL, is there any other place to get support like any forums, etc?
Or do we just have to replace it?

It would be easier to answer if you tell what "another unit" means ...

sorry I wasn't more specific: It's an old Lefthand NSM 100 unit.
