SAN/IQ 9.5 opening failover manager esx version

I am having trouble starting the FOM from esxi 5.0. I downloaded the OVF from HP's website converted it using the ovftools cli to vmx. I can't get this server to start. Anyone else having issues? Is there a how-to for this?

Found it, Need to run vmkfstools -i before starting it up
