Still a Problem: Automatic download of upgrades doesn't work

Hi,

I installed the CMC v9.5 which I downloaded from the HP depot. When I try to get the newest Patches, I get the error message

"error occurred while reading upgrade configuration file" as mentioned in another post some months ago.

I manually downloaded the upgrade.xml file and copy it into the CMC\downloads folder but error message still occurs.

Does anyone know a solution for that problem?
