Uninstall DSM LeftHand on Microsoft 2008 R2 Cluster

Hello,

I installed Microsoft 2008 R2 Exchange 2010 in Cluster with HP DSM for leftHand 8.1.
I want to upgrade to DSM 8.5 but when i want to uninstall DSM, i have this error message "Not possible to Uninstall DSM, STOP cluster mode"
I stopped "cluster service" and i tried in safety mode, but is not possible to uninstall DSM.

Have you a solution?

I just did this the other night on a 2008 R2 File Cluster successfully. Assuming this is a 2 node cluster I moved all resources to one node including the cluster name resource. Once everything was move I paused the inactive node and performed the update successfully on the inactive node. I did the other one the same way. I too got an error at first.
