Upgrade 9.5 directly to 10.5?

Is it possible to upgrade Lefthand OS 9.5 directly to 10.5?  When doing the upgrade through CMC, it tells us to make sure that 10.0 is installed before proceeding.  Am i missing something?

You can upgrade direclty the notes you are seeing are probably related to the other options such as DSM/MPIO and other supported functions.

So, i attempted upgrading to 10.5 last night and the installation failed while copying the packages to the nodes.  Logged me out of the CMC.  When i logged back in to try again, the error i got was that the upgrade partition was in use.  All nodes restarted and seemed to be finishing the install but it appears that they did not take efect.  Any ideas?

You need to call support.

There is a certain procedure you need to follow.

Sometimes this happens.

ONLY way to fix it is to have them unmount that partition.
