There is no online upgrade from 10.5 to 11, and the only way to do that by ISO image.
better to keep 10.5 now, till HP release the new 11.5.

well it depends on what you are talking about for "online". Its not "online" in that the update files are not publicly available and you have to contact support to get the files if you want to upgrade to v11, but the upgrade process is "online" in that if you happen to have the upgrade files you can upgrade your SAN and keep your SAN "online" just like any other upgrade through CMC.
For what its worth, if there is a feature in v11 you want, I wouldn't wait for v11.5 because its been over 7 months since they said there would be an upgrade for v11 and that hasn't happened so why wait around for v11.5 which doesn't even have an announced release date.
