VSA after trial period and vSwitch usage

We'd love to have a definitive word about what is working in VSA after trial license expires.

We need to setup some small servers as internal base for tests, and we are uncertain if to use Extenta CE or LeftHand.

We would like also to have tips about NICs usage on LeftHand VSA. We are willing to use 10GB NICs, but we are afraid of lefthand asking dedicated vSwitch.

After we create a vSwitch only for LeftHand, can we use the same vSwitch for other VM inside the server, or we need to pass thought an external switch?

Initially we thought Lefthand needed a dedicated vwitch for clustering, but now we have the feeling it is asking it for everything.
