We have a HPE synergy 12000 with 6 x480 Compute module (with 4820C CNA adapater installed in Mezzanine slot 3) with 2 x Gen1 Composers & 2 x FLM1 modules, 2 x VC 100G F32 with HPE oneview 6.2.0 . After creating the Networks, Logical Interconnect Group and Uplink set and Logical Enclosures, when we create the server profile template (and server profile) while adding connections the CNA adapter Virtual or phyiscal ports are not listed hence unable to create the profile. However in the server hardware type the correct server and Network adapter is listed. We have opened a ticket with HPE however they have not been able to resolve it yet.

Please find the screenshot. Note that the Physical or Virtual Ports are not listed to be mapped to the defined networks.

SolutionThe issue has been fixed. THe cause of this issue was that the Frame was initialized using 4.x HPE oneview version, whereas the support for 4820C Cards VC 100G F32 Module started only with Oneview 5.1. After factory resetting the composer and frame link modules and reinitializing the frame issue got fixed.
