5900, 5700 comware switches problem with vlan service in IMC

using 5900- and 5700 comware 7 switches with releases 23xx and 24xx and imc version _7.1_E0303,

we do have problem with the vlan services under IMC .

it seems not be supported. no vlans are displayed by IMC vlan manager.

do anyone have also this problem.

I do know  with comware7 version 2209 it still working.

This looks like known behaviour (which will be documented, soon).

I suggest to open a support case with HP, for more information.

Hi guys,

I also ran into this problem and opened a support case with HP.

After some steps of analyzing they provided me with a solution.

I had to add the following line on my switches: snmp-agent packet max-size 17940

After synching the device details the VLAN Management was fully functional.
